Do these next 2 steps if you've received an email from us.
1. Right Click on any email you've received from us.
2. In the context fly-out menu, select "Junk E-mail" then "Add Sender to Safe Senders List" and you're done.

If you haven't received any emails from us yet, do these next steps
1. Select "Tools" in the main menu.
2. Select "Junk E-mail Options...".

3. In the Junk E-mail Options dialogue box, select the "Safe Senders" tab.
4. Select the "Add..." button.

5. Type in "email.intrawest.com" without the quotes.
6. Click "OK" |
7. Click "OK" in the Junk-email dialogue box and you're done.
