There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. On March 31, 2009 at approximately 2:00 p.m. PDT, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in a random draw that will take place in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Grand prize is winner’s choice of one of the following: a 7-night vacation for four (4) at an Intrawest Mountain Resort of the winner’s choice; a 4-night heli-ski trip for two (2) with Canadian Mountain Holidays; a 3-night heli-hike trip for two (2) with Canadian Mountain Holidays; a 7-night golf vacation for four (4) at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort or MonteLago Village at Lake Las Vegas Resort; or a 7-night beach vacation for four (4) at Honua Kai, Maui or Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Approximate retail value of beach vacation is $7,300 USD / $7,500 CDN, based on a Vancouver departure example and will vary depending on time of year and actual departure point. The 7-night beach vacation for four (4) at Honua Kai, Maui includes return coach airfare from the major international airport closest to the winner’s residence to Kahului Airport and 7-nights accommodation for four people at the resort. Accommodations include lodging for four people in a 2-bedroom suite. Approximate retail value of beach vacation is $7,300 USD / $7,500 CDN, based on a Vancouver departure example and will vary depending on time of year and actual departure point. Grand Prize fulfillment is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. Prize values are approximate and may vary depending on winner's choice of location, airfare fluctuation and currency exchange rates. Winner and travel companion(s) must travel together and all necessary travel documents and requirements (including without limitation, passports and visas) will be the sole responsibility of the winner and travel companion(s). In the event the 15th day of the month falls on a weekend, the draw will take place on the next business day. Non-winning entries will be rolled over into the following month’s Second Prize drawing. Second Prize winners will also be eligible for the Grand Prize. 5. Odd of Winning: Odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received from all methods combined throughout the entire promotion period. Odds of winning a Second Prize will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received from all methods combined by the deadline for each second prize drawing. 6. Random Drawing: Winners will be selected from all eligible entries by random selection. Winners need not be present at time of selection. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the electronic entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. In no event will the Sweepstakes Sponsor be obligated to award more than one Grand Prize and four Second Prizes. All prizes will be awarded, provided they are properly claimed. 7. Prize Fulfillment: Potential winners of the Second Prize will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. If the selected entrant is unable to be contacted after 14 days, he or she forfeits the prize and another entrant may, at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Sponsor, be selected. If the selected entrant is contacted within 14 days, the Sweepstakes Sponsor will send the prize by overnight courier. A signature upon receipt of the prize is required by the overnight courier and will be considered as acceptance of the prize. The potential winner of the Grand Prize will be notified via e-mail and overnight courier. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companions (or their parent/legal guardian if a minor) are required to sign the Sweepstakes Sponsor’s Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility and Compliance with the Official Rules and Release of Liability Form, a Declaration of Ability Form (for Heli-Ski prize only) and other travel documentation as required and return the documentation in the prepaid return envelope which must be received by the Sweepstakes Sponsor within 14 days from the time the prize notification is sent. In order to win a prize, a Canadian resident prize claimant must correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question to be administered by phone or e-mail. Prize will be forfeited if the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, if the skill-testing question is not correctly answered within the time period specified, or if the Affidavit/Declaration and Release Form(s) is not received by the Sweepstakes Sponsor within 14 days from the time the prize notification package was sent. Prizes will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner if prizes are not claimed properly. Minor guests must travel with parent or legal guardian. 8. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 9. Participants and Sweepstakes Sponsor will make every reasonable effort to agree on the appointment of the arbitrator within fifteen (15) days of the commencement of the arbitration proceeding, failing which, the arbitrator will be appointed by the court in the province in which the Participants reside. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. 15.
