Q: Who is eligible for the $25 lift ticket discount when visiting another Intrawest ski resort?
A: You need to be a non-restricted full Season Passholder at an Intrawest ski resort or a Homeowner in the rental pool program at an Intrawest ski resort (please confirm your eligibility with the Homeowner Relations team at your home resort). Click here to check your pass.


Q: Who is eligible for the $10 lift ticket discount when visiting another Intrawest ski resort?

A: Restricted Passholders (eg. mid-week or evening passholders) or Discount Cardholders at an Intrawest ski resort. If you are unsure, ask your resort about eligibility. Click here to check your pass.


Q: How do I get the discounted lift tickets?

A: If you are a pass or cardholder take your pass or card (along with picture ID if your pass/card doesn't have a picture) to the resort you are visiting and present them at the ticket window or guest services . You may be required to fill in a short form to obtain the discount. If you are a Homeowner, you will need to bring the letter you received from Intrawest or your home resort indicating you are eligible for these benefits AND a picture ID to the ticket window or guest services at the resort you are visiting. If you have Homeowner ID from your home resort you do not require the letter. You may be required to complete a short form to obtain your discounted tickets.


Q: When are the black-out periods for which I am unable to get the discounted lift tickets?

A: There are no blackout periods of lift tickets, discounts are available every day during the winter ski season (opening and closing dates vary by resort).


Q: Are there any Intrawest ski resorts at which I am NOT able to get discounted lift tickets?

A: All Intrawest operated resorts provide the discounted lift tickets to eligible pass, cardholders and homeowners. Please check the eligibility page for any restrictions before you visit another resort. Please note that Intrawest does not operate Squaw Valley USA so there are no lift ticket discounts.


Q: Are there discounted lift tickets for the summer season?

A: No, the promotion is only for the winter ski season.


Q: What about my friends, can they get discounted tickets?

A: Discounted tickets are available only to Season Passholders, Cardholders and Eligible Homeowners in good standing when visiting another Intrawest resort. Only one ticket per pass/cardholder or homeowner family member (with valid ID) can be purchased each day.


Q: Can I get a discount on multi-day lift tickets?

A: Some of the resorts will offer discounts on multi-day tickets. Inquire with the resort you are travelling to.


Q: Is there a limit to how many days I can get the discount at another resort?

A: Yes, there is a 10-day limit per resort.
